Zhang Qi has been working in Transsion since August 2013 and is currently Director and Deputy General Manager of the Company. He used to work at Ningbo Bird Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Bird Sagem Electronics Co., Ltd., etc.

Yan Meng has been working in Transsion since August 2013 and is currently Director and Deputy General Manager of the Company. He used to work at Ningbo Bird Co., Ltd., etc.

Ye Weiqiang has been working in Transsion since August 2013 and is currently Director of the Company. He used to work at Ningbo Bird Co., Ltd., etc.

Arif Chowdhury has been working in Transsion since August 2013 and is currently Director of the Company. He used to work at Ningbo Bird Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Bird Sagem Electronics Co., Ltd., etc.

Yang Hong has been working in Transsion since August 2013 and is currently Deputy General Manager of the Company. She used to work at China Petroleum Chemical Fertilizer Plant and Ningbo Bird Co., Ltd., etc.

Huang Yijian is currently Associate Professor at the School of Accounting, Central University of Finance and Economics. Additionally, he serves as Independent Director of SEC Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. and Beijing Roborock Technology Co., Ltd.

Chen Linrong previously held the position of Associate Professor at Hangzhou Dianzi University and served as a visiting scholar at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University. He is currently Associate Professor at the School of Accounting, Zhejiang Gongshang University and serves as Independent Director of Zhejiang Founder Motor Co., Ltd. and Hengyi Petrochemical Co., Ltd., etc.

Zhang Huailei used to teach at College of Public Management of GUFE and is currently serving as Director and Associate Professor in the Department of Finance and Taxation at Wuhan College.

Song Yingnan has been working in Transsion since August 2013 and is Director of General Manager Office and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. He used to work at Ningbo Bird Co., Ltd., etc.

Zhou Zongzheng has been working in Transsion since August 2013 and is General Manager of Manufacturing Centre. He used to work at Ningbo Bird Co., Ltd., etc.

Zhou Yanfu has been working in Transsion since March 2014 and is Senior Manager of Quality Management Department of Business Process & IT Management Centre. He has been Supervisor of the Company since November 2018. He used to work at Ningbo Bird Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd., etc.

Zeng Chun has been working in Transsion since April 2020 and now is the Secretary of the Board of Directors. He has served in Bohai Securities Co., Ltd. and CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., etc.
