TRANSSION Holdings launches three brands TECNO, itel and Oraimo in Nepal

On September 6th Nepalese time, TRANSSION Holdings announced to foray into the Nepalese mobile phone market with its mobile phone brands TECNO, itel and accessories brand Oraimo. The three brands will be exclusively available in Nepal through its authorized distributor, Mahalaxmi Mobiles. TRANSSION Holdings will not only have a 12-month warranty for itel and '12+1' months' warranty for TECNO but will also offer a ground breaking service proposition of 100-day replacement guarantee on both of the brands in the country. The accessories brand Oraimo will also be covered with up to 12 months' warranty.

TRANSSION Holdings entered the Nepalese market with four TECNO Mobile smartphones, namely i7, CX Air, WX3, and WX4. itel was represented by two smartphones A11 and it1508+ and five feature phones – it2130, it5603, it5020, it5613, it5250, TRANSSION also launched stylish accessories brand Oraimo. Following its immense success in the Indian mobile phone market, TRANSSION Holdings entered Nepal to delight the consumers, who will now have access to its high-performance, quality-assured mobile phone solutions.

Speaking on Nepal launch, Marco Ma, CMD, TRANSSION Holdings, Nepal commented that Nepal has an enormous potential for mobile phones and accessories but the wide-ranging demands of consumers in the country have largely been unmet by the fragmented offerings. With the launch of TECNO, itel, and Oraimo, TRANSSION aims to fill the void within this promising market and meet the aspirations of Nepalese consumers with end-to-end, value-added products and services. TRANSSION has planned the future roadmap of all the brands keeping Nepal in mind and is confident that it will be able to disrupt the market with these offerings.

In India, TRANSSION launched itel Mobile in 2016, which became the second largest player in the Indian mobile phone market within a year (as per last few reports of industry ranking from CMR) and is still gradually increasing its market share. In the future, TRANSSION will further strengthen its supply chain, sales channel, and build its customer-centric product portfolio.
