TRANSSION's brand portfolio also comprises Carlcare for after-sales services, oraimo for smart accessories, and Syinix for home appliances.

After more than 10 years of expansion, the company has become a leading player in the mobile industry in global emerging markets. In 2017, TRANSSION sold nearly 130 million mobile phones globally. According to IDC figures for 2017, TRANSSION’s mobile phone brands held a 45.9% share in the African market.

Thanks to its dedication to ensuring unrivalled customer user experiences, TRANSSION's three mobile phone brands feature among the TOP 100 MOST-ADMIRED BRANDS IN AFRICA, a ranking compiled by the British authoritative business magazine African Business (March 2017). TECNO has featured in the ranking for three consecutive years, ranking 14th in 2016. itel climbed 27 places to be listed 25th in the 2016 ranking. In its first-ever inclusion in the list, Infinix ranked 37th. In 2016, TRANSSION formally entered the Indian market with its itel brand, quickly gaining a 9% market share in 2017, ranking second in the entire handset category (Q4 2017 CMR Report).

From R&D, design, and manufacturing to sales and after-sales service, TRANSSION controls a comprehensive global industry ecosystem. TRANSSION R&D centres are located in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing. TRANSSION also works closely with local R&D teams in Nigeria and Kenya, and has established a strategic partnership with outstanding design teams in France. As of December 2017, TRANSSION has 4 manufacturing facilities around the world. Carlcare, TRANSSION’s after-sales service brand has 2,000+ service contact points (including third-party cooperation partners) plus 7 large after-sales repair centres globally to provide unequalled support to customers. Furthermore, with Google, Facebook, Intel, Sony, Microsoft, MediaTek, Orange, Qualcomm, and other world-renowned enterprises as strong partners, TRANSSION is set to continue its development at a steady pace.
